Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Ennieskitchen. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received and the order has been accepted.

Because our food is prepared fresh to order, customers are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for regular orders, and at least 48–72 hours' notice for catering orders, unless otherwise approved by Ennieskitchen.

2. Payment

Full payment is required to confirm an order unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change. The price applicable at the time the order is confirmed will apply.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers should contact Ennieskitchen as soon as possible if they need to make changes to a confirmed order.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled preparation or pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. Once preparation has begun, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Pickup

All orders are pickup only.

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed-upon date and time. Customers should arrive within the designated pickup window to ensure their order can be received promptly.

If a customer fails to pick up their order, the order may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and following the pickup instructions provided by Ennieskitchen.

If a customer arranges for a third party (such as a rideshare driver or courier) to collect an order on their behalf, Ennieskitchen is not responsible for the order once it has been handed off to that third party.

5. Food & Allergies

Our food is prepared in a kitchen where various ingredients and allergens may be present.

Customers are responsible for informing Ennieskitchen of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests when possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers with severe food allergies should use their own judgment when ordering.

6. Menu & Availability

Menu items, ingredients, portions, and availability may change from time to time.

In the event that a particular ingredient becomes unavailable, Ennieskitchen may contact the customer regarding an appropriate substitution.

7. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, descriptions, prices, and images displayed on our website are accurate. Food appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website.

8. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

Ennieskitchen reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including due to ingredient availability, incorrect pricing, unforeseen circumstances, or circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling the order.

If Ennieskitchen cancels an order before preparation has begun, the customer will receive a refund for the amount paid for that order.

9. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, phone number, email address, and any information necessary to complete their order.

Ennieskitchen is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Changes to These Terms

Ennieskitchen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as needed. Any changes will be posted on this website.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ennieskitchen's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
